Kashmir brings over 22 years of experience, working in matrix environments in senior management and principal roles in the public and private sector, as well as with Mana Whenua. She has delivered signifcant policy and partnership projects and plans in local and central government, at both regional and national levels. These include, but not limited to, education (network management and school property), housing and urban development, and workforce development.

As a genuine, resourceful and resilient leader, she has an excellent understanding of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders and clients.

Krishay is a second year student of software engineering at Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington.

While he was still in his first year, he helped Jiva Advisory set up its website.
